You, the influencer or brand ambassador:

1. Must have at least 10 Thousand followers in Instagram or Facebook.
2. Do not promote negative outlooks, influences, or discriminatory remarks. We want some one who has good intentions.
3. Willing to stay in the Alte Molkerei, enjoy its perks, and follow the rules, but not forced or demanded.
4. Must give at least half an hour  for a photoshoot, but if you wanted longer photoshoot, then you may talk to your photographer. 
5. Must set a reservation at least 7 days before the intended stay.

Alte Molkerei may be occupied on some days. Please send us at least 3 different dates  when you want to stay. We follow our standard schedule for Check-in is 2pm and Check-out is at 12pm but it can be flexible if it is free. 

Everybody is welcome - Local Germans, to international individuals. Male or Female. We want to hear your story and tell what you experience staying in our modern loft. 

Alte Molkerei will not sponsor, pay, or reimburse for the travel to the loft and return where you from. You must provide it on your own means. The accommodation is already free for you and your guests.

You, the influencer or brand ambassador:

1. To share your experiences while staying in Alte Molkerei. Making photos, boomerang, stories, and video are very welcome.
2. Please follow @alte_molkerei and @brokenperception  in Instagram and Alte Molkerei (@altemolkereiehrenfeld)  and Broken Perception (thebrokenperception)  in Facebook.
3. Please tag @alte_molkerei   in Instagram and Facebook on every post related to your stay.
4. Please credit and tag @brokenperception (Gerard Santiago)  if you will post and use your photographs in any media. 
5. Be respectful to the Loft and its neighbor, please do not trash, damage, and make obnoxious noise during your stay.
6. Please relax and enjoy your time in Alte Molkerei.

By participating in this activity "Alte Molkerei Takeover", you hereby follow the requirements and tasks given. It is a unique experience for people that is why we offer this kind of event. We will screen and handpick the influencers and brand ambassadors that will be granted access to this unique experience. 

This activity is to start welcoming other potential individuals and parties. It can be considered for marketing purposes of the brands and parties. We are not compensating in monetary value but "by kind" as a unique experience, lodging, and photography in exchange for you having fun and enjoy the city of Cologne.

This event is by first come, first serve basis. You need to set a reservation because Alte Molkerei is also open for the market and rentals. We are prioritizing business because we need to earn for our living but during the free dates, we are very honor to welcome and accommodate you and your guests.

The selected influencers and brand ambassadors can bring 3 other people with you during your stay. 4 people per reservation. No more than that. You cannot bring more individuals into the Loft. The Loft can accommodate 4 guests perfectly.

We request for true and honest reviews and feedbacks to improve Alte Molkerei. We aim to make the Loft better in the best quality and accommodation. We want the best experience for you and your guest and staying in our modern industrial loft may influence you in your living. 

The Alte Molkerei Takeover will start from June 1 until Sept 30, 2019. Reservation dates from Monday to Saturday only. It can be extended if we get great feedback. Please register in our Newsletter to keep you updated. 

The selected influencers and brand ambassadors must allocate at least 30 minutes photo shoot session to you, and optional for your guests. It is for portfolio usage. It is a TFP (Trade for Print) basis. Do not worry, your photographer is a US-based photographer who is published and his works were shown worldwide. He photographed Der Bachelor 2016 bikini photo shoot in Miami, Florida and televised in RTL, and promoted in national magazines, newspapers, and website in Germany. When you get your reservation, we will give you the options what time is the photo shoot commences. If you want to do a longer photo shoot, you can always ask the photographer. 

All participants need to sign a model release, to verify the model/s is/are in legal age or must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and to approve that you are willingly participating in the photoshoot and your image may be used in websites (such as Instagram, Facebook, personal websites, blogs, etc.) and you give the permission of usage. If you belong to an agency, you need to waive that the photographs are for your personal and not tie with your agency. But you are welcome to submit it to your agency, add it to your portfolio, headshot, or comp cards. 

All selected images/photographs will be given to you via email, between 5 - 14 business days. It will include the best images selected from the session. You may use all the images without restrictions, as per TFP, as long as you will credit the photographer and tagging @brokenperception and tagging the location Alte Molkerei. Images can be used by Broken Perception and Alte Molkerei but will credit you and the persons involved (both parties benefits).

If you are planning to do a personal photo/video shoot anywhere in the Loft for commercial use or 3rd parties, you need to obtain a property release which you need to give you permission to use the location. You may contact the owner for more information.

All the photos, boomerang, video, and any media is not supervised by us and you have all the rights using it. Any misconduct or misdemeanor activities that lead to bad consequences or harmful results will not be tolerated and you must face all charges deligated by the proper authorities. Alte Molkerei and the associated parties are not responsible for these unsupervised and unsolicited actions. 

The Alte Molkerei Takeover will commence from August 1 until Sept 30, 2018. Accommodation dates from Monday to Saturday only. 

It is "first-come, first-serve" basis on the reservation. In the button below. You may reserve dates (up to 3 options) that are considered for approval. We will pick the best dates from your options. If you have only one date, then we will do our best to accommodate you. 

In making a reservation, you may access it using computer or mobile (Limited Access). In the reservation system, when you click the button, a pop up will appear, make sure to disable pop-up blockers.

A calendar will appear and will let you select available dates. If you use desktop/laptop (desktop mode), it will allow you to suggest up to 3 options. If you are using mobile, it may allow you to do only 1 option, just add the other options in the Note field so we can check the availabilities.

The options are from Monday to Saturday, the time is 14:00 for the check-in time but you can check in any time you arrived at the location. You will be given all the instruction on how to retrieve the key on the confirmation email.

Next, fill out the Contact info fields, will contact you from the information you will be giving. All information will be secured and will never share or sell from other unconcerned parties. On the Notes field, to be sure, just put the dates you intend to stay in Alte Molkerei and you can also put any other questions and concerns you may have.

When you submit, you will get a confirmation email if you granted privilege to stay in Alte Molkerei and all the information that you may need to know. 

All reservation will be screened and will put in consideration for the Alte Molkerei Takeover. We will confirm immediately if you are qualified to stay in the Alte Molkerei. Please considered 24-72 hours to hear from us. We need to check a lot of factors, such as the availability of the loft and if it is is open for occupancy, cleaning the loft, rearrange the interiors - if there are video/photo shoots, and check the availability of the photographer, and the host.

Cancellation of your reservation is a must if you know that you cannot attend the activity. It is free but we should give other people the chance to have the unique experience too. We suggest at least 48 hours to notify your cancellation of the reservation.

If you are not selected maybe because of these factors:

The suggested dates you gave is not available. The date you have given is/are already occupied. We cannot cancel the current reservation, but if they will cancel the reservation, we can let you know as soon as we got the approval and put you in the reservation.

You do not fit the criteria. Maybe you reached the follower requirements but we have the prerogative to check if your followers are real or just bots. We also check if you are the type of influencers or brand ambassadors that we are looking for. We check how you deal with your followers and your audience. We also check your stories, posting, and comments if the relevance is connected to our mission/goals.

Q: What do you suggest to me what to post on your social media?

A: Photos, Boomerang, videos, podcast, snapshot, tweets, timelapse, everything... are perfect!

We suggest that you will record your experience as you arrived, during your photo shoot, when you and your friends going around the city, until the time you left the Alte Molkerei. We want to see your adventures, your honest opinions, your experience while you stay in our Loft and in the City. 

We know influencers/brand ambassadors have your signature style and own creativity, and we want to do your thing. It is all up to you and your magic!

Q: My partner and I are both influencers/brand ambassadors, how do you consider our accommodation?

A: If you reserve just for 1 then you can only stay for 1 day. I suggest that you both reserve separately, with back-to-back dates so you can have an extended stay. Please let us know that the reservations are linked so we can plan accordingly. 

Make sure that both accounts meet the requirements. If your account is a couple/family/band/group account, it is considered only one account and it only covers one-day accommodation. 

Q: I have a family, can I bring them?

A: Of course, as long as you will have only up to 4 people on your reservation. Also, the loft is not so friendly for children under 3 years old. We do not have baby cribs, chairs, and/or equipment for them. You may bring your own and it will be at your own risk and responsibility. But kids love it here and they have enough spaces running around.

Q: My flight got cancelled! Will I able to reschedule my stay?

A: I am sorry to hear that! We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the reschedule request date is available/free then you will get it. I suggest getting a hotel/hostel/home-sharing until the requested date to accommodate you.

Q: I just want to stay in the Loft but do not want to do the photoshoot. Can I do that?

A: It is part of the activity/experience. You may need to talk to your photographer about your concerns. I suggest that just have fun with it and it is surely amazing. And, you will get free images that you can hang on your walls.

Q: What do I need to do when I arrive at the Alte Molkerei?

A: When you arrive at the gate, you will get your key in the key safe and just enter the loft. Unpack and start relaxing. You will meet the owners/representatives of the Loft to welcome you. Then you can do your personal agendas. 

Beforehand, we will send you a confirmation email that contains all the information that you may need such as the key safe passcode, photoshoot schedule, check-in/check-out information, important numbers and contact info, etc. 

Q: I have 121K Followers in Instagram, 12K Followers and friend in Facebook, 1 Million YouTube Subscribers, and 100K Tweet followers... Does it mean I will get 4 days to stay in Alte Molkerei?

A: Unfortunately not! It is considered just for an influencer/brand ambassador even you are in multiple platforms. But, if you have multiple brands/accounts to support then we can find a way... Just message us about this matter.
